British Columbia LifeStyle Pass Membership Information & Terms

Effective August 1, 2026

Your individual LifeStyle Pass Agreement will identify your selected membership, applicable fees, Agreement/Start Date, billing information, Fabutan studio/supplier information and other details specific to your purchase. Before signing, you will be given an express opportunity to review the complete Agreement and the information applicable to your membership, and you will receive a copy of your completed Agreement.

Membership Options & Services

LifeStyle Pass membership options may include Tanning, Spray Tan, Stand Up Tanning, Hybrid, Standard Red Light, Wellness Engineered Red Light, All-Inclusive and All-Inclusive Black.

“All-Inclusive” memberships include the selected services identified with that membership and are for use in traditional units - it does not include Wellness Engineered Red Light. “All-Inclusive BLACK” includes the selected services plus Wellness Engineered Red Light.

LifeStyle Pass Terms & Conditions

Initial Membership Term

I, the Purchaser, agree that account payments are required on a monthly basis for an initial fixed term of four (4) consecutive months. After the initial fixed term, this Agreement automatically continues month-to-month until cancelled via email. Fab Franchising Inc. reserves the right to raise the membership price after the initial term, with any notice and cancellation rights required by applicable law.

If I cancel or put the LifeStyle Pass on hold, I will lose my current monthly rate. Any account arrears must be paid in full before I can cancel or place a hold on my membership. If I re-activate, upgrade, or downgrade my LifeStyle Pass, I will be subject to the initial fixed term of four (4) consecutive months again, and I will be charged the current market rate.

Payment Terms

Your initial payment is the current month's prorated fee + one full monthly fee + any enrollment fee, plus applicable taxes, and is due at sign-up. Your first pre-authorized payment date will be identified in your Agreement. Future payments will be withdrawn on or around the first day of each month.

If a payment is declined or returned, for any reason, the returned-payment charge disclosed in your Agreement may apply.

Changes to Membership Services & Equipment

I understand that Fabutan may, to the extent permitted by law, unilaterally amend the services, equipment, amenities and access privileges included with my membership, including adding, removing, replacing or changing access to particular services or equipment. Fabutan will provide any notice and cancellation rights required by applicable law.

I acknowledge that this agreement is non-refundable during the initial fixed term, except where cancellation or refund rights are provided by applicable law, and is non-transferable to another person.

Location Transfers

I may transfer my LifeStyle Pass to another Fabutan at my request, or it may transfer automatically through consistent use at another location. Transfers are subject to the receiving location’s current rates; services may vary by location. Spray Tans do not transfer between studios, must be used where purchased, expire monthly and do not carry over.

Cancellation After the Initial Term

After the initial four-month term, I may cancel a future monthly renewal at any time without charge or penalty. If cancellation is received before the next monthly renewal is processed, that renewal will not be charged. If a monthly renewal has already processed, my membership remains available through that paid period and will not renew again. Cancellation may be submitted by email to the address noted in my Agreement. No prorated refund applies to an unused portion of an already-paid monthly period except where required by law.

UV Tanning Safety

I am aware of the risks and hazards inherent upon entering the premises as well as in the tanning activity and hereby elect to participate at my own risk, acknowledging a duty to exercise care for the protection of self and others while using the facilities. I acknowledge that, as with natural sunlight, overexposure can cause eye and skin injury, repeat exposure may cause premature aging of the skin and skin cancer, and I understand that eye protection is mandatory for UV Tanning services.

I am only permitted to tan once in a 24-hour period. We recommend 48 hours between sessions for most effective results. I agree to follow the recommended exposure times according to my Skin Type. For more information, visit knowyourskintype.com. I have read and completed the Fabutan Release Form.

Fees, Promotions & Payment Authorization

Your individual Agreement identifies the Agreement/Start Date, initial four-month term, enrollment fee (if applicable), monthly fee, regular billing timing, total initial-term membership fees and any applicable promotion. The initial payment is the current month's prorated fee + one full monthly fee + any enrollment fee, plus applicable taxes, and is due at sign-up.

By signing the applicable authorization, you authorize Fabutan to debit the bank or credit-card account provided for pre-authorized membership fees on a regular monthly basis. Your signed Agreement contains the applicable returned-payment charge and information about PAD cancellation and recourse rights. Cancelling your PAD authorization is separate from cancelling your LifeStyle Pass membership.

Your Fabutan Studio / Supplier

Your individual Agreement identifies the supplying Fabutan franchise location, including the legal business name, operating name/Fabutan studio number, studio address, telephone number and email address. For questions or cancellation requests, use the contact information provided on your Agreement.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law. Your signed LifeStyle Pass Agreement contains the specific fees, dates, selected membership, supplier information and other transaction-specific terms applicable to your membership.
